Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and kkfv ("kkfv", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at kkfv.ws (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your registration, use of services, financial transactions, participation in games, and any other interaction you have with the Platform.

Eligibility

To register and use kkfv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kkfv support may result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on kkfv at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. kkfv employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. kkfv accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

Upon detection of a duplicate account, kkfv reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all wagers placed through the duplicate account(s).
• Confiscate any winnings derived from the duplicate account(s).
• Permanently ban the player from future registration on the Platform.

Account registration is free of charge. kkfv does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account in good standing.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kkfv username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kkfv staff will never request your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify kkfv support at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kkfv will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or freeze the account pending resolution.

kkfv accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, including losses resulting from sharing your password, using a shared or public device, or failing to log out after a session.

You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. kkfv recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available in your account security settings.

Deposits

All deposits on kkfv are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkfv supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kkfv's compliance team may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit volumes as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak processing periods. kkfv does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which kkfv accepts no responsibility.

kkfv reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if identity verification requirements are not satisfied, if the deposit is flagged under AML procedures, or if the player's account is subject to any restriction at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents include a valid National ID or passport plus proof of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

kkfv reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements or delay a withdrawal if the transaction triggers an AML alert, if the account is under investigation, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that specific offer.

General rules applicable to all kkfv bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting categories specified in the offer details.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the offer is explicitly described as recurring or reload-based.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Players who are found to be systematically exploiting kkfv bonus offers — for example, by opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements in a low-risk manner — will have their accounts suspended and all associated bonus winnings voided.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on kkfv are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market and sport in question. General betting rules that apply across all sports and markets include the following:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. kkfv does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until confirmation is received.
• Bets placed after an event has started are accepted at kkfv's sole discretion. In-play bets that are placed on an outcome that has already been determined, due to data or timing errors, will be voided.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, kkfv's standard void and settlement rules will apply as stated in the specific sport rules published on the Platform.
• kkfv reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market at any time without prior notice.
• Palpable errors in odds — including but not limited to obvious mis-pricings caused by human or technical error — will result in the affected bets being voided, regardless of whether they have been settled. kkfv will notify affected players and refund stakes promptly.
• kkfv cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the Platform's sportsbook help section.

kkfv does not offer credit betting. All bets must be funded by available account balance at the time the bet is placed. kkfv accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the player.

Casino & Games

kkfv cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information, transaction records, and communications where required by applicable legal process.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kkfv's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

kkfv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The categories of personal data collected by kkfv include, but are not limited to, identity information (name, date of birth, National ID or passport number), contact details (email address, phone number), financial information (payment method details, transaction history), and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, session logs).

Governing Law

In the event of a dispute between a player and kkfv that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes not resolved within 30 days of written notification may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
